Close Out

You are only a few simple steps away from completing this task. Please follow them in order and carefully and the process should go very smoothly.

Wise Software & Computer Products, Inc.
  • First, perform a backup of your data
  • Start the Pool Program
  • Perform an aging report for the month of December
  • Go into the customer screen select BILL/EDIT CUSTOMERS from the main menu.
  • Select USE, then YEAR END CLOSE OUT.
  • Click on the start button. after the closeout is complete, you will be ready for the new year.
  • Now exit the software and proceed to changing the date...
