- Install the Hot Sync software.
- Select the Hot Sync Icon on the Task Bar and Select Serial
- Install the Pool PDA Software
- Hot Sync the Palm Pilot
- Verify the Pool PDA Program is on the Palm
If you are on the Network or Retail version of the Pool Program, perform the above steps on the server, then perform the same step on the workstation. When it asks you about not being able to find the profile on the workstation, make the sync software point towards the network share. The sync software will automatically find your profile across the network.
