    When the software reports an access violation, there is not a default printer on your system. Our software will only work if there is either a printer locally installed and made default, or there is a network printer installed as default. When there is a POS printer, that must be defaulted on your computer.

    The steps to do this are: Click Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. Right click on your printer and select Set as Default Printer.
