I have a problem when I add new inventory, I add one item then when I try to add another item, a pop up comes up and says record key deleted. so you have to completely close out of V6 before I can add another item. takes way to much time and a pain in the  XXXX to close out of the pool program and log back in.

How do we get our passwords if we forget them? I have requested my password many times and no reply at all. sometimes I wonder why have a forum is nobody replies.

Larry, please check for updates regularily. We are currently at patch number 30.

I am on build 30 and I still had the problem, Tom had me reiindex the inventory and it has not happen yet, but until we started adding and editing our inventory more often we will not know if that is the problem.

I got the record key deleted error to come up and we got it fixed. When you are adding or editing inventory every 3 or adjustments made in the inventory section, you have to reindex the files. I have been doing that and everything is working great.
