shut down problem

    WHEN I EXIT OUT OF THE POOL PROGRAM, I GET A ERROR MESSAGE THAT READS THE FOLLOWIING.

    ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINATION.

    THIS STARTED AFTER  XCHARGE  AND I INSTALLED MY DEBIT CARD PIN PAD.

    THERE ALSO NEEDS TO BE A WAY TO CANCEL THE DEBIT TRANSACTION AND GO BACK TO SALE TO ADD MORE PRODUCTS OR TAKE OFF PRODUCTS. THE PIN PAD WORKS GREAT.

     

    I TRIED TO POST IN V6 KNOWLEDGE BASE OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO POST YET. DOES ANYONE READ THEM.

    The forums are monitored by our staff, albiet responses are slower through the forums than actualy calling support. Is this still currently a problem ? Please give details of version / patch you are currently running ?

    HELLO, I AM USING THE POOL PROGRAM V6 NETWORK / CASH REGISTER. AND BUILD 37 ON THE POS

    ON THE POOL PROGRAM I AM USING  BUILD 36. AND YES IT STILL IS A PROBLEM.

    I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEPERATE THE SALES IF SOMEBODY IS PAYING HALF WITH CASH AND THE OTHER HALF WITH CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.

    I JUST UPDATED TO POS 38 AND NET 38 AND I STILL GET THE SAME SHUT DOWN NOTICE. WHEN I AM IN THE POS AND CUSTOMER DECIDES THEY DONT WANT A ITEM AND I TRY TO DELETE THAT ROW,  I GET A NEW BOX THAT POPS UP

    FIELD ITEM IS NOT INDEXED AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED

    I TRIED TO REINDEX THE INVENTORY AND THAT DID NOT WORK
