SALES NOT PRINTING

    I MAKE A SALE AND IT WILL NOT PRINT ON THE RECIEPT, BUT IT WILL PRINT TOTALS. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PRINTERS ON THE MACHINE.

    I AM UAING THE EPSON TM-U220PD

    I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS PROBLEM SINCE DEC. 1 ST

    Hello,

    I am having the same problem? We have the network edition. One of the printers work fine and the other don't.

    any news on when our printing issues will be fixed ?

    it has been a long long time since this was first addressed.

    I am getting more & more upset about this problem.

    what about updates, what update are we at now ?

    last one I did was # 21. and why is there not a place to check for updates on the website ?
