Updates are provided in the app as techs work on stops or work orders every 10 – 15 minutes. When an event occurs, push pins on the map will reflect the changes and a notification will appear at the top of view stating which change was performed by who.

Route Stop and Work Order Statuses

Push Pins

Push pin colors are derived from the employee color, which can be set on the employee details. There are 2 icon types on the pushpins: Route Stop and Work Order.

Status Updates

The color of the bubble on the outside indicates the status of the job and use the same color scheme as the statuses on a work order.

Individual Pin Progress

Customize and detail each technician pin with the following statuses: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Overdue, To Do, Deferred

Filtering

Stops and work orders can be filtered per tech by checking or unchecking the radio buttons on the tech list.
